Then provide you with a simple step-by-step plan to help you start working towards your health goals. I will be here to support you and hold you accountable so that you can achieve success.

Many insurance companies today provide benefits towards a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and as such, you will be provided with a receipt for submission.  

1:1 Consultations

Free Discovery Call - 20 minutes

Congratulations on taking the first step to prioritizing your health! Now it’s time to explore which path is best for you. I invite you to join me on a FREE 20-minute discovery call where you can share your primary health concerns, learn more about my health and wellness approach and how I can help you reach your goals. During this call, you are encouraged to ask a lot of questions so you can feel 100% confident that I am the right fit for you.

These programs include personalized nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations that are specific to you, and ongoing support during our time together.

6 week 1:1 Nutrition Coaching Program - 3 Sessions $350

This program is designed to help you start feeling like yourself again. You will recieve a customized plan to start laying the foundations, with strategies you can implement that are right for you!

You will receive:

  • One on one coaching and support

  • One 60 minute Initial Consultation - Session 1 - Discovering You

  • One 45 minute Initial Consultation - Session 2 - Customized Plan

  • One 30 minute Follow Up - Scheduled 4 weeks followings the Customized Plan

  • Five Weekly check-ins (1 per week over 5 weeks)

  • BONUS: Ongoing email or message support to get all your questions answered between sessions (during business hours)

  • BONUS: Personalized supplement recommendations from my dispensary and a 10% discount from any of the supplements recommended

4 Month 1:1 Nutrition Coaching Program- 7 Sessions $950

We will work together during these 7 sessions, for long lasting changes over a 4 month period. This means  you will have a roadmap and action plan to optimize your mentabolism, sleep, energy, mood and get rid of all the unwanted symptoms that are holding you back from fully feeling your best.

You will receive:

  • One on one coaching and support

  • One 60 minute Initial Consultation - Session 1 - Discovering You

  • One 45 minute Initial Consultation - Session 2 -  Costumized Plan

  • Five 30 minute Follow Up - Scheduled every 3 weeks after Session 2 - After each session, you will recieve:

    • A customized plan with lifestyle recommendations. We will focus on helpding you create daily habits that help your unique body thrive

  • 10 weekly check-ins (1 per week, on weeks we don’t meet for a follow up)  

  • BONUS: Ongoing email or message support to get all your questions answered between sessions (during business hours). I’m here to support you and will be with you every step of the way.

  • BONUS: Customized supplement recommendations based on your needs. You will have access to my online dispensary and 10% discount for any of the supplements recommended.

Health Chat - $99

45 minutes

A perfect opportunity to chat about what is on your mind as it pertains to your health. This is a casual discussion that will explore your lifestyle and what is prompting you to seek support and change. Topics can range from specific dietary questions to mindfulness recommendations for stress management to better organizing yourself in the kitchen. YOU lead the way. A stepping stone to more in-depth coaching, this miscellaneous chat will give you the confidence you need to take action and empower you to shift vitality and hit the ground running.  

Welcome to Claudia Rodrigues Health

I’m Claudia, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist focused on helping women in Perimenopause and Menopause getting off that menopause roller-coaster, by helping them learn to balance their hormones and improve overall health through nutrition and lifestyle support.

After struggling with IBS symptoms, unexplained skin rashes,   hashimoto’s  thyroiditis, and many many unexplained symptoms that I later discovered were signs I was in perimenopause,  I decided to take my health into my own hands and started making changes to my diet and lifestyle. Soon I started to see changes and improvement in my health, I developed a passion for all things health and fitness and had a hunger for more knowledge. My coworkers, friends and family called me a “health-nut” and started to come to me for advice and support in their health journey, and I discovered that I loved being able to  help people with their health journeys. It was then at 46, that I decided to go back to school and enrolled in the Natural Nutrition Program at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

2 Years later and I am now able to merge both my passions (health and helping people) and work with women to improve their hormones and overall health!
